Yoga is a mind and body practice in complementary medicine with origins in ancient Indian philosophy. The various styles of yoga that people use for health purposes typically combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
We are now offering yoga classes in all kinds of asanas and necessary yoga postures by professional Instructors. Classes are for people of all ages and genders.
Timings:
6.30am to 7.30 (All days) for men and women.
Mon-Wed-friday 6pm to 7pm for only women.
Charges:
Free for Members.
